12 Eyes Dzi Beads, Agate Tusk Amulet, 55x13mm, 1 PendantWomanShopsWorld
These Buddha Eye "Dzi Beads" are made in Tibet by etching agate. The technique dates back to 3000BC. These beads are thought to have positive spiritual benefits and are worn as amulets.
In Tibetan and and Himalayan cultures, Dzi beads are believed to be stones fallen from the heaves, and they thought to bring good fortune, ward off evil, and protect the wearer from harm.
These beads have different patterns that hold different representations.
The pattern on these beads is called "12 Eyes." This pattern represents the 12 months of the year, the 12 ornaments on the emperors robes, and the 12 deeds of the Buddha. This bead is associated with divine protection, fearlessness, and authority. It is also known to be a wish-fulfilling bead.
Listing is for 1 pendant.
55mm tall x13mm wide at their widest point.
