Sea Starburst Lampwork Glass Necklace / Handcrafted by Carter, Divali Glass Jewelry / Lapis, Malachite, Whimsical Statement Necklace

This Starburst pendant has long been one of my favorite beads to make. They are such a test of patience and the outcome is greatly affected by the what the glass has in mind. This is an incredible color combination, with an iridescent center, spiraling towards a navy blue outer ring. Strung on Malachite and Lapis, which really make the center pendant pop.

Necklace measures 18" and is finished with a Gold Vermeil toggle clasp, spaced with Gold Vermeil spacer beads. A custom Divali logo tag hangs at the back, with an individual number.

I make all of my glass beads in the flame of a torch in my studio in Charlotte, NC. All beads are kiln-annealed for strength and durability. As each bead is handmade, no two are exactly alike; making your necklace a truly original work of art.

I have been working with glass for over 10 years, and still learn something new every day that I sit at the torch, from this amazing medium. What a blessing I have, to be able to create such magical, colorful works of art, using the magic of fire.

My WomanShopsWorld shop is full of many supplies, but this whole journey started with my love of beads, and my love of mixing tribal beads and gemstone beads with my handmade glass beads. Divali Glass Jewelry is a bit of a "former life" for me, but I still get in the flow when I sit down at the torch, and let the glass work its magic.

Divali Glass Jewelry pieces will come wrapped, with a silk custom embroidered Divali logo jewelry pouch.
